We had Wavertree knock down our old conservatory, then build an single storey extension, incorporating some of our garage into the new living space as well as installing a new kitchen in the space. The kitchen had previously been at the front of the house, so they had all the pipe and waste work to do as well. Finally, they also ripped out the old kitchen and turned it into a front room and refitted the downstairs loo. The work took about the same time as they suggested it would and we lived there throughout. All three of them were great to have around, polite, kind, considerate and helpful and we couldn't be happier with the end result. We got instant approval from the building regulators every step of the way and I feel sure they have completed quality work that will last for years to come and allow us to enjoy our new space as a family.

The building project to replace a kitchen and bathroom following serious damage is now complete and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. Wavertree were chosen on recommendation to undertake the whole task from structural changes through to final detail and what an excellent choice that was. The team deliver work to the highest standards, offer knowledgeable advice and consultation at all stages and are highly considerate of the inevitable disruption such work incurs.
